Notes From Xi'an 西安随感

I’ll just put this up for the next week as this exhibition of surely 20 of China’s best ‘real life’ photographers runs up until the 18th October. It is in the Art Gallery at  大唐不夜城 da4 tang2 bu2 ye4 cheng2, the Happy Mall area south of Da Yan Ta. It is on the road running directly south from the pagoda, up on the right side immediately after the first junction.

Their work is well worth checking-out, it is a compilation of their pictures going back over the last 30 years, some moving, evocative and amusing stuff. I have a number of images left swirling around my head that may stay there a while. It is 20 Yuan a ticket with a lot of work to look through.
